We create a safe space where everyone can share their difficulties and problems with acceptance of being themselves, experiences in difficult situations, thoughts and feelings, and other issues that require it. Our support activities are aimed at queer people who have suffered discrimination, exclusion or violence and who are 16 years of age or older. They were, are and will be free for those who need it.

Queer Support Group


A support group for all queer people in need is a space where every person will find understanding and acceptance. The group is self-help and open, which means that it addresses topics and issues that arise from the current needs of the group and are related by the participants. It is a place where each person can freely share their experiences, experiencing empathy and support from other participants. Meetings take place in a safe and trusting atmosphere, where every voice is important and listened to carefully. The group is led by an experienced psychotherapist who has been cooperating with us for many years, providing professional support and help in difficult moments. Thanks to her commitment and knowledge, participants have the opportunity not only to share their experiences, but also to obtain valuable tips and tools that can help them cope with everyday challenges. Group meetings are not only an opportunity to talk and exchange experiences, but also an opportunity to build lasting relationships and find support in a community of people with similar experiences.
Meetings are held in our office every two weeks, twice a month and last approx. two hours.

Transgender Support Group


The group is aimed at all transgender people, both binary and non-binary, who due to their unique challenges need targeted support. It's a friendly and safe place where you can share share your experiences and talk about issues that are important to you, such as transition, dysphoria, hormone therapy and other topics important to the trans community. The group is also a place where you can seek advice from other participants who may have valuable experiences and perspectives.
The group is self-help and open, which means that topics and issues arising from the current needs of the group and raised by the participants are discussed. Each person has the opportunity to freely share their experiences, experiencing empathy and support from other group members. Meetings take place in an atmosphere of trust, where every voice is important and listened to attentively.
The group is led by a psychologist cooperating with us, who quickly gained the trust and respect of the group's participants. Thanks to his commitment, knowledge and experience, participants have the opportunity not only to share their stories, but also to obtain valuable tips and tools that can help them cope with everyday challenges. This psychologist supports the group in a professional but at the same time full of empathy, which makes each participant feel understood and appreciated.
Group meetings are not only an opportunity to talk and exchange experiences, but also a chance to build lasting relationships and find support in a community of people with similar experiences. Together, we create a space where every transgender person can feel safe and accepted, which is extremely important in the process of building self-confidence and coping with everyday challenges.

Youth Support Group


The Youth Support Group is designed for queer people under the age of 18 who can share their experiences and challenges in discovering their psychosexual orientation and gender identity in a friendly and dedicated environment. This group aims to create a safe space where young people can express themselves freely and receive support from peers. The group provides a non-discriminatory environment where young people can feel safe and accepted regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity. Young people can share their experiences of coming out, relationships with family and friends, and the daily challenges they face. Participants have access to information about the diversity of sexual orientations and gender identities, which helps them to better understand themselves and others. The group is led by qualified tutors who take care of the safety and comfort of the participants and moderate the discussions. Regular meetings take place on fixed dates and their programme is adapted to the needs and expectations of young people.

Individual support


Individual meetings conducted by a psychotherapist aim to accurately identify the situation of each person and choose the appropriate method of support that best suits their needs. During these sessions, the psychotherapist devotes full attention and commitment to understanding the specific challenges a person is facing and their therapeutic goals.
The frequency of the meetings and their course are adapted to the individual needs and expectations of each person. At the first meeting, key issues are discussed, such as current problems, goals of therapy, and preferences regarding the form and frequency of meetings. On this basis, the psychotherapist proposes the most appropriate plan of action, which may include various techniques and therapeutic methods.
Individual therapy sessions are an important element of support, enabling a deeper understanding of yourself, your needs and emotions, which is crucial for personal development and improvement of quality of life. Thanks to the professionalism and empathy of the psychotherapist, every person has a chance to successfully work through their difficulties and achieve the intended therapeutic goals.

How do support groups work?

Each group operates separately and may differ in its rules - e.g. the frequency or nature of meetings. The groups are self-help in nature - that is, they are the people participating in them provide support, help, advice and guidance to others in the group. This is a space for sharing your experiences and experiences, listening to others and being heard. The meetings are facilitated by psychologists/psychotherapists collaborating with us.

Is the psychological support free of charge?

Yes - we do not charge any fees for the support we offer, but we encourage you to make a donation.

Can minors benefit from psychological support?

Yes, provided they have the consent of their parents or legal guardians. Such consent should be provided to the group facilitator

Who can benefit from support?

Our support is aimed at non-heterocisnormative people and their loved ones and families who are at risk of discrimination, violence and exclusion due to their psychosexual orientation or gender identity, or who are struggling with challenges regarding their orientation or identity.

What are the rules for using support?

The most important rules are included in the Regulations for psychological support and Regulations for support groups. There regulations are both in Polish.
