If you are an LGBTQ+ person and need support, we are here for you. We create a safe space where everyone can openly share their challenges, struggles with self-acceptance, difficult experiences, reflections, and feelings. Our support services are aimed at queer people affected by discrimination, exclusion, or violence, aged 16 and above. They have always been, are, and will remain free for those who need them.

Trans/non-binary support group

A safe, open space for conversation, sharing experiences, and mutual support for transgender and non-binary people. Meetings are self-support based and facilitated by a queer facilitator and a psychologist, in cooperation with the Trans-Fuzja Foundation.

Legal support

Need legal support or consultation? If you have experienced violence, discrimination, or exclusion because of your psychosexual orientation or gender identity, are facing challenges in legal gender recognition, or want to protect your rights and interests in a same-sex relationship, contact us and we will connect you with relevant specialists and partner organizations.

How do support groups work?

Each group works independently and may differ in its rules, for example frequency or format of meetings. Groups are self-support based, which means participants offer support, help, advice, and guidance to one another. This is a space to share experiences, listen to others, and be heard. Meetings are facilitated by cooperating psychologists or psychotherapists.

What does it mean that a group is open or closed?

If a group is open, no registration is required and you can join at any time by attending the next meeting. If a group is closed, you can join only during a designated recruitment period.

Is support free of charge?

Yes - we do not charge for support, but we encourage donations.

Can minors use support services?

Yes, provided they have consent from parents or legal guardians. Consent should be given to the group facilitator. The final decision belongs to the facilitators.

Who can use support?

Our support is aimed at non-hetero/cisnormative people, as well as their loved ones and families, who are at risk of discrimination, violence, and exclusion due to sexual orientation or gender identity, or who are facing challenges related to their orientation or identity.

What are the rules for using support?

The key rules are defined in the Support Groups Regulations, but each group may also establish its own internal rules.
